These Terms of Service govern your use of QuoteWin's field service management platform. By accessing or using QuoteWin, you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully.
Account Creation: You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to enter into binding contracts to use QuoteWin. By using our services, you represent that you meet these requirements.
Account Responsibility: You are responsible for all content posted and activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

Violation of these terms may result in immediate account suspension or termination.
Free Trial: New users receive a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required to start your trial. At the end of the trial, you must subscribe to continue using the platform.
Subscription Plans: QuoteWin offers monthly subscription plans (Starter, Pro, Enterprise). Pricing is displayed on our website and may change with 30 days' notice.
Billing: Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. Payment is processed through Stripe. You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees incurred.
Refunds: Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or at our sole discretion. If you cancel mid-billing cycle, you will retain access until the end of that period.
Failed Payments: If payment fails, we will attempt to charge your payment method again. After multiple failed attempts, your account may be suspended or terminated.
Your Data: You retain all ownership rights to the data you input into QuoteWin. We claim no intellectual property rights over your business content.
License to Us: You grant us a limited license to use, store, and process your data solely to provide and improve our services.
Our Platform: QuoteWin and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by QuoteWin and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Uptime: While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to QuoteWin. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when possible.
Modifications: We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our service with reasonable notice. We may add, change, or remove features at our discretion.
By You: You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
By Us: We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or for non-payment. We will provide notice when possible.
Effect of Termination: Upon termination, your right to use QuoteWin ceases immediately. You may export your data before cancellation. We will delete your data according to our data retention policy.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, QuoteWin shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the platform.
Our total liability for all claims related to QuoteWin shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation of liability for certain damages, so these limitations may not apply to you.
QuoteWin is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
We do not warrant that QuoteWin will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. You use the platform at your own risk.
You agree to indemnify and hold QuoteWin harmless from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the platform, violation of these terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of QuoteWin shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, conducted in Florida.
Class Action Waiver: You agree to resolve disputes individually and waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and QuoteWin regarding the use of our platform and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
